What we believe

I see pattern as a powerful form of storytelling—a creative language that lets us express who we are, explore our emotions, and celebrate the people and moments that shape our lives.

For the love of storytelling.

Storytelling is at the heart of everything I create. Whether through words, imagery, or pattern, I believe our stories unfold in countless ways—through the fabrics we stitch, the paint we apply, and the paper we collage. I see pattern as a powerful form of storytelling—a creative language that lets us express who we are, explore our emotions, and celebrate the people and moments that shape our lives.

While surface pattern design is my main focus, my own storytelling journey began with art journaling. It’s where I explore my creativity and connect with my inner world. I’m captivated by patterned scrapbook papers, the delicate texture of tissue paper, and the endless potential of washi tape. These materials, combined with mixed-media painting, form the foundation of my art journals—where each layer adds to the story.

Whether you're a quilter, scrapbooker, or art journaler, I’m here to guide you on your own storytelling journey. Together, we’ll create a narrative—one stitch, one layer, and one pattern at a time. Let’s tell your story through the art you create.

Maximalist at heart.

I’m drawn to the lush, intricate beauty of maximalism because it celebrates individuality and self-expression. To me, maximalism is all about you—it’s about embracing your unique style and surrounding yourself with only the things that truly bring you joy. It’s a way to show love for yourself and for the things you cherish. No one creates or decorates the same way you do, and that’s what makes your creative journey so special.

Maximalism isn’t just about filling a space with things—it’s about flourishing. It’s like a flower reaching toward the sun, blossoming in its full potential. I believe your home, your projects, and your creations should reflect that same sense of abundance and joy.

If you’re ready to embrace your creativity and make your space as unique as you are, I’d love to help.
